More and more people are discovering the benefits of practising Mindfulness!

During the Mindfulness course or workshop we will also be doing Heart coherence training.
By practising Heart coherence you can influence your autonomic nervous system resulting in a beautiful harmonious heart rate (see image below). This is what we call a coherent heart rate. When you reach coherence, your immune system, nervous system and hormone system all follow the harmonious rhythm of the heart. This results in you feeling like you are ‘in the flow’ as well as many other benefits as clearer thinking, more energy, more tranquillity and better resilience. Since this year I also give one on one coaching sessions in heart coherence (Heartmath).
In  7 sessions of about 60min. we investigate what your energy leaks are, how you respond to them and what gives you energy. You will be given heart coherence and Mindfulness exercises to practise daily for 15-20 minutes (and between your desk and the coffee machine…)

About Sander Krol

During my childhood I meditated intermittently with my parents
at their Yoga & Meditation school. As I grew older meditation
played an increasingly more important role in my life. It became clear to me that it brought me calmth, peace and an overal sensation of being OK and that things are OK. By the time I was 23 Sander Krolyears of age I made meditation part of my daily life.
During my studies Social Work I participated in a Mindfulness course and immediately knew I wanted to teach Mindfulness myself.  For most of my life I knew how important it is to have those moments for yourself, to turn your attention inward and find your balance and peace. But now with Mindfulness and heart coherence science got involved and it became evidence based and widely researched- to me a great justice to the techneques.
